Kilim Rug Arrows

This colourful and cheerful kilim rug was woven by hand in Iran. The flat rug radiates incredible energy and power. 100% pure Zagros wool was used for the rug and the colours are natural. Because the rug is so colourful, it also spreads pure joie de vivre in its new place. In the middle of the rug there are arrows pointing in different directions. Above all, the rug fits in living interiors with a lot of wood or, alternatively, in very modern living spaces. These rugs are also popular for the slightly more unusual bohemian style of living. The wool used is very durable.

Our direct import price means that you buy our rugs between 25 - 35% cheaper than traditional retail, because we select and buy the rugs directly on site in the country of origin. This also means that there is no intermediate trade between us and the manufacturer. We pass this price advantage on to our customers in full.

Our Kilim rugs are either hand-woven, knotted or partly woven and partly knotted in Soumakh technique. We recommend using a hoover with a flat nozzle. This is more gentle on the handmade rug. As this rug is a purely natural product, stains can generally be removed very easily and without complications. Simply wash the stain out with neutral soap and water. Under no circumstances should you use chemical cleaning agents, as the rug is made of pure natural materials and the wool will then be attacked. If you have more persistant stains or you want to give the rug a thorough cleaning after some time, then the hand-knotted kilim rugs can be washed. We offer this rug washing service for our rugs. It is particularly important to use a non-slip rug underlay for the flat kilim rugs. Your floor and the rug are thus protected and you cannot slip on the rug. Since kilim rugs are very flat and therefore tend to slip, an anti-slip underlay is a must.
