Are the illustrations and specifications accurate?
We try our best to ensure that our images are as true to life as possible for you. However, small colour differences can always occur. Especially in the case of rugs with a high silk content, as these shimmer beautifully and it is difficult to capture this effect in a photo. However, we can say with great pride that our customers have been delighted with the rugs so far and find them even more beautiful in real life.

Yes, you can also pay us in installments with the online provider EasyCredit. The prerequisite is a successful creditworthiness and address check.

How does Teppich Jordan ship the goods?
We make shopping pleasant and uncomplicated for you. It doesn't matter how heavy or large your order is. Your order will be securely packed by us and conveniently delivered to your home by GLS, DPD, Streck, Acito. Depending on the size and weight of your order, one of the four service providers will reliably handle the shipping.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
As soon as we have handed over your goods to our parcel service provider, we will send you an email with a tracking number. With this number, you can easily track your parcel live and see where it is currently located. Simply click on the link provided in the email and enter the tracking number if necessary.
Can I also collect the goods myself?
Of course it is possible to order our carpets and accessories online and to and then pick them up at our store.
What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If your goods are delivered by DPD, two delivery attempts will be arranged. The "regular" delivery day and the following day. You also have the option of entering your parcel label number via DPD and then choose between four categories:
- New delivery date
- Other delivery address (e.g. at the neighbour's)
- Choose parcel shop
- Give drop-off OK (the recipient is liable if the parcel is lost).
If your goods are delivered by GLS, the parcel delivery person will fill out a card and drop it in your letterbox. This card indicates whether the parcel was left with a neighbour or at a nearby parcel shop. If you have any questions, contact details for GLS are given on the card. Of course you can also contact us at any time.
How much does shipping cost?
We cover the complete shipping costs. For you, shipping is free of charge.
Shipping to another country? No problem! For shipments outside Germany and Austria, please contact us directly.

What should I pay attention to when returning goods?
Should you wish to return your parcel, you are welcome to send us an e-mail or leave us a message by telephone. We will then immediately take care of the the return and instruct our shipping provider. The pick-up usually takes place on the next working day. If you are not at home on the following day to give the parcel to the delivery company, please contact us and we will arrange a collection time that suits you. The parcel delivery person will provide you with either a receipt or scan the parcel as soon as he collects it. This allows us to track whether the goods have been collected from you or not.
How much will the return shipment cost me?
We will cover the complete costs of the return shipment. For you the return is free of charge.
When and how do I get my money back?
After we have received your return and the item has been inspected, we will refund the corresponding amount. The respective amount will be transferred back to your account specified – however, please note that it takes longer to transfer the money back to your to your credit card will take longer than a bank transfer. Unfortunately we cannot influence the the speed of the repayments, this is specified by the respective banks.
