Delivery conditions
The goods are shipped by DPD or our shipping partners Streck and Acito. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. We deliver - unless not stated otherwise on the product page - within approx. 3-6 working days, to Germany and Austria and within 5-8 working days to Switzerland.
In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, such a day shall be replaced by the next working day.
Shipping and return shipping to Germany and Austria is free of charge for you.
Deliveries to Switzerland:
All costs (handling, fees, VAT, possible customs costs and import VAT) as well as delivery are included from a goods value of 1'000 CHF. For deliveries up to 1'000 CHF value of goods we charge 100 CHF shipping costs.

Advance payment by bank transfer
If you choose payment in advance (by bank transfer), please transfer the invoice amount to our account. You will receive all the necessary data from us in the order confirmation sent by email. The invoice amount is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.

Credit card and direct debit via PayPal
If you choose to pay by PayPal, you will be offered a direct link to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. The link will take you to the PayPal login page where you log in with your PayPal account. You make the payment for your ordered items to a special PayPal service account (E-Bay Group). You can pay the invoice amount by credit card (MasterCard and Visa) or by direct debit from your national or international PayPal account in various currencies. To do so, you must have or open a PayPal account, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After receiving your payment on our PayPal account, you will receive a confirmation of your payment by PayPal. We also receive a confirmation message through PayPal via email and your order can ship from us. Your bank or credit card details are only stored by PayPal.

Buy now, pay later with Klarna
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure activated for participation in Sofort, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.
The use of the direct debit payment method requires a positive solvency check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the solvency check.
When you place your order, you also provide us with your credit card details. After you have verified that you are a legitimate cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after you place your order. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card is charged.

Installment purchase via EasyCredit
If the payment method " installment purchase by easyCredit" is selected, the payment will be processed via TeamBank AG Nürnberg, Beuthener Straße 25, 90471 Nürnberg (hereinafter referred to as "TeamBank AG"), to which the seller assigns his payment claim. Before accepting the Seller's declaration of assignment, TeamBank AG will carry out a solvency check using the transmitted customer data. The seller reserves the right to refuse the customer the payment method " instalment purchase by easyCredit" in the event of a negative result of the check. If the payment method "hire purchase by easyCredit" is approved by TeamBank AG, the customer must pay the invoice amount to TeamBank AG at the conditions specified by the seller and communicated to him in the seller's online shop. In this case, the customer can only make payment to TeamBank AG with debt-discharging effect. However, the seller remains responsible for general customer enquiries, e.g. regarding the goods, delivery time, dispatch, returns, complaints, revocation declarations and deliveries or credit notes, even in the case of assignment of the claim.
