Our hand-knotted vintage rug from the Jordan Collection features a turquoise medallion that fades to all sides of the rug. The pattern is hand-spun bamboo silk and the background is hand-spun highland wool. The wool is extremely durable and has a first-class quality. All in all, the unique piece looks as if it had been found again in an old palace and as if it could tell the stories of the Thousand and One Nights. The rug was lovingly hand-knotted in India, knot by knot, giving it its very own character. The unique piece fits very well into a modern and straight-lined living concept. 

Our direct import price means that you buy our rugs between 25 - 35% cheaper than traditional retail, because we select and buy the rugs directly on site in the country of origin. This also means that there is no intermediate trade between us and the manufacturer. We pass this price advantage on to our customers in full.

Our unique vintage rugs are hand-knotted. We recommend using a hoover with a flat nozzle. This is more gentle on the vintage rugs. Stains should be washed out with neutral soap and water. Under no circumstances should you resort to chemical cleaning agents, as the wool will then be attacked and colours can fade. If you have more persistant stains or you want to give the rug a basic cleaning after some time, then the rugs can be washed. We offer this rug washing service for our rugs. We also recommend the use of a non-slip underlay to protect your floor and the rug and prevent you from slipping on the rug.
